Welcome aboard! We’ll start with a quick 30-minute call to discuss the full scope of your project, including deliverables, timeframes, budgets, and more. After our chat, we'll send over a detailed project proposal summarizing everything we discussed, including the quote.

Once you approve the proposal, we’ll share our contract, a briefing template, and a 50% deposit invoice. To get things rolling, we'll need everything signed, the deposit paid, and the briefing template filled out.

With the signed contract, filled-out brief, accompanying mood board, and 50% deposit in hand, we'll dive into the design process. Step by step, we’ll work through our creative stages to develop a primary design direction that perfectly suits your needs.

Two to three weeks later, once we have everything we need from you, it’s showtime! We’ll present our design work and walk you through each step of our process. We’ll explain our rationale and how we arrived at the final design. Don’t worry, we’ll also send you the presentation deck so you can review it at your own pace.

We understand that providing feedback can be tricky. That’s why we recommend taking a day or two to let the information sink in. Depending on the changes required (if any), we’ll either send the revisions via email or arrange another presentation if it needs more explanation.
